Guide to the Owner Use Calendar

 

Information to help complete your Owner Use Calendar:

 

1. Complete all fields of the 'Owner Identification' area, this information is important to ensure accuracy within our records and reservations is maintained.

 

2. If you would like to make your condominium 100% available for rental during this time period please check the box located directly beneath the Owner Identification area.

 

3. Read the bulleted 'Important' information and initial bottom point.

 

4. Take note of the listed Holiday and Convention time periods corresponding to the green colored dates on the calendar months, also please note the additional red colored dates.  Any date that is colored indicates that MonteLago Village is forecasting occupancy to be greater than 90%.

 

5. Please place an X on the nights that you wish to reserve for yourself, or your friends, to stay in your condominium. 

NOTE:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check¬out time is 12:00 p.m. It is important to remember, if you wish to check-in prior to 3:00 p.m., you must reserve your unit for the night prior to your actual arrival date. Similarly, if you wish to check-out later than 12:00 p.m., you must reserve the next night as well. 

**Please take into consideration occupancy levels at the resort, and we would like to recommend reserving early arrival or late departure dates with an F indication if possible.

 

6. If any of the nights you wish to reserve are flexible, or if you would like to be notified if MonteLago Village's occupancy increases to over 90% during the reserved dates, please place an F to indicate these nights.

NOTE:  If you indicate any nights are Flexible they will automatically be included when making the eservation.  Then, if the occupancy reaches 90% or greater, we will contact you with this information so you can make a decision at that time to either keep the nights
for yourself, or to cancel that portion of the reservation to pursue possible rental revenue.


 
7. If any of the reserved dates are for friends, or family with a different name, please note the dates of the reservation, the primary guest name(s) that will be checking in, and who (yourself or your guest) will be responsible for paying the departure cleaning fee.

 

8. Please return to the Owner Relations Department no later than November 1, 2006.

 

9. Contact the Owner Relations Department immediately with any changes or cancellations.
