In addition to greeting you upon check-in and providing information about the resort our front desk staff also offers:
- Business Services such as photocopying, and fax services, overnight package receipt and delivery.
- Concierge Services to book shows, tours, restaurant reservations, night club packages and golf tee times.
- Assistance with booking our On-Call Transportation service for pick-up from our front door
- USA Today Newspaper - complimentary
Room Service:
- Provided by the Casino MonteLago
Our Bell Staff offers:
- Help with arrival and departure luggage
- Delivery of gift baskets for special guests
Transportation service:
- The On Call in-resort transportation service provides transportation to any location within Lake Las Vegas from our front door.
Pool Service:
- Pool attendant will keep all of our pools and hot tubs supplied with towels, etc.
Grocery Delivery Service:
- Groceries can be ordered through Albertson's on-line, use the S. Boulder Highway location. They will deliver groceries to MonteLago Village Resort for a delivery fee of $9.95 with a $50 minimum purchase.
